I have a 1994 US Electricar with 5500 miles. I have owned it for approximately 3 years and drove it 7 miles to work frequently, until the past 8-9 months while I have taken my 4 children to school (the S-10 seats 2 or 3). It has an E-meter, and I installed a bed lifter for access to the battery pack. It has original batteries, but it would consistently drive 30 miles per charge after a few weeks of exercise. It reaches a maximum speed of 75mph, and I drove it at 55mph regularly. It is in very good condition and has performed without a problem but has been less active for 8-9 months. I would not be selling, but I am rarely driving it now and I would like to add evacuated collectors to my solar thermal system.
